OPEN CALL for Contemporary and Hip Hop & Urban Dancers
AGE LIMITS: 17 / 29NO AUDITION FEE Due to the Covid restrictions, this year; for the first time since 2016, the auditions will have an online process for application and selection and will not be held in person. The EurAsia Auditions for Indian dancers are brought by EurAsia Dance Project International Network, directed by Stefano Fardelli, in collaboration with the EurAsia Partner Kolkata Centre For Creativity of Kolkata and supported by Italian Cultural Institute of Delhi, Italian Consulate of Kolkata, Italian Cultural Institute of Mumbai, India. Stefano Fardelli will select aspiring Contemporary and Hip Hop dance students for a professional program, with internationally recognized diploma, at DanceHaus Accademia Susanna Beltrami (Italy), Contemporary Dance School Hamburg (Germany), DanceHaus Hip Hop Department Academy (Italy), Dansk Talent Academy (Denmark), Tanzakademie Balance1 (Germany), Europe. All the audition winners will be awarded with a 25% – 50% – 80% EurAsia Scholarship for all the three / four years professional program in contemporary or urban dance techniques in Europe, becoming part of the EurAsia Network as EurAsia Students.

/// DEADLINE ///Send a completed application within the 12th of December 2021 at midnight CET, Central European Time. AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:Applicants must submit the following to eurasia@eurasiadanceproject.– a short bio
– fill out and sign both the EurAsia Auditions Registration Form and the Membership Form
– for contemporary dancers: a YouTube video link, private or unlisted link, no public video are required, with a classical bar class (no more than 30 minutes video), a contemporary sequence (no more than 2 minutes), a traditional dance piece (no more than 2 minutes) . Please make sure that any passwords required to access the video are provided in the application to allow easy access.
– for hip hop & urban dancers: a YouTube video link, private or unlisted link, no public video are required, with a hip hop – urban sequence (no more than 2 minutes), a contemporary sequence (no more than 2 minutes) a traditional dance piece (no more than 2 minutes) . Please make sure that any passwords required to access the video are provided in the application to allow easy access. The videos uploaded on Youtube can be one or more than one.Participants can apply for both categories providing all the required material for both sections.
