Chetan Chauhan, originally from India, turned from EurAsia Student into EurAsia Dancer in June 2019 becoming a Professional Dancer and a member of the EurAsia Dance Company, after getting his Diploma in the dance field.
Chetan has been selected as EurAsia Student in India winning the 50% EurAsia Scholarship for the three year professional program held by the EurAsia Partner DanceHaus Accademia Susanna Beltrami of Milan, Italy.
Since 2016 he has been supported by EurAsia both economically and artistically, with several dance opportunities in order to drive the guy into the international professional dance career.
Chetan is a beautiful dancer, he has grown a lot in the past years, confirming his talent and also maturing in the creative field, starting his professional career already during his training in Milan.
During his studying at DanceHaus, the guy has been selected for the two weeks EurAsia Students Exchange in Germany and for EurAsia Partner Gdansk Solo Dance Contest in Poland with his solo Bridge.
Among the companies and choreographers he has been collaborating with the DanceHaus Junior Dance Company, Susanna Beltrami Dance Company, Stefano Fardelli, Matteo Bittante, Erica Silgoner, Riccardo Oliviero, Hanna Gilgreen and more.
Chetan is currently teaching regular classes of his Meyotai Technique in Milan, all Italy and Europe.

WAKENING the SLEEPING BEAUTY

In the pic the EurAsia Dancer Chetan Chauhan, originally from India, part of the piece Wakening the Sleeping Beauty by EurAsia Member Susanna Beltrami.
The piece has been commissioned in 2017 by EurAsia Partner DanceHauspiú and danced by Compagnia Susanna Beltrami along with 40 students part of the contemporary department of DanceHaus, Accademia Susanna Beltrami.
On stage the dancers dialogue with the original scores of sound, light and object created by young set designers and sound-designers from the School of Design of Milan. In the piece the stage become a closed and oppressive system of a “classroom” in which human been is thrown from his first groan into a population of beings-automata more or less similar to him.
