OPEN CALL

for new artistic and fundraising managers

EurAsia Dance Project International Network ETS and the E.D.C. – EurAsia Dance Company, both directed by Stefano Fardelli, open a call for one manager specialized in fundraising and compiling applications, and for one artistic manager based in Europe who will handle the company’s tours. Candidates should agree with the vision and mission of the Association that you can find here below within this public call.

E.D.C. – EurAsia Dance Company and the EurAsia Repertory are a part of the EurAsia Dance Project International Network, directed by Stefano Fardelli: the repertory is composed of 18 titles and is performed by the E.D.C., the official dance company of the Network, but is also reassembled for other dance companies and dance institutions.

All the pieces are created by Stefano Fardelli, inspired by the meeting with the different cultures and realities during the tours of the Company around the world. After artistic residencies the new creations always have the world premiere in one of the countries where the EurAsia Dance Project International Network is based through a Partner.

The E.D.C. is composed by the EurAsia Dancers and so those dancers that have been selected in all the five continents through the EurAsia Auditions that every year run in Africa, South America, The Middle East and Asia. After three years of training with the Scholarships for European dance academies, the dancers have the chance to extend their Visa in Europe, for extra opportunities given by Network, or to work with big international dance companies, with the EurAsia Partners and some of them can be chosen for entering the E.D.C. – EurAsia Dance Company, on tour worldwide.

Different cultures, political opinions, religions, philosophies and genders coexist in the EurAsia Community, demonstrating that through the fundamental respect for the freedom of expression of others, we can coexist peacefully, helping each other and growing much stronger and richer than before, spreading an important message of solidarity for all those communities where “understanding” is still far away.
EurAsia Dance Project International Network – ETS firmly believes in ‘peace’ and therefore supports all initiatives that bring this message to all communities in the countries where EurAsia operates around the world, in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and America.
EurAsia Dance Project International Network – ETS, directed by Stefano Fardelli, not only trains talents from all over the world in dance at a professional level, giving them the opportunity to pursue this career, but also has the ambition to combine art, human rights, education, cultural heritage in one big project involving hundreds of different people, different cultures and many countries on all five continents.
EurAsia supports all students or professional dance artists regardless of geographic location, religion or gender, helping them to overcome the limitations imposed and not shared by a “free choice of the individual” by socio-religious-economic issues due to their origins.
