EURASIA WORLD FLASHMOB 2021 31st of August
After a very successful EurAsia World Flashmob last year, where we sent out a message of hope in the middle of the pandemic caused by Covid 19, this year we would like to extend our support towards all those people and countries in this months, or already from long time, are fighting for their rights, independence or freedom, sometimes dying in this fight.
The EurAsia Community supports the ideas of Liberty and Democracy.
For this year’s EurAsia World Flashmob, we would like to come out together with you, on the day dedicated to “solidarity”, for a live reading of a very beautiful piece of poetry “Let My Country Awake”, written by the well known Indian poet Rabindranath Tagore, Nobel Prize in 1913.
WHEN? on the 31st of August at 3pm (Central European Time) : if you can’t calculate the time zone, you can do it at 3pm time in your home country.
Come live in your socials for the live reading of the poem. Additionally post the same video, in the same date, tagging #eurasiadanceprojectinternationalnetwork.
If you prefer to stay anonymous, shoot the video with only your lips within the frame, otherwise show up your beautiful face.
Here below you will find the poem translated in 14 languages. Pick up the one that suits you the best. Together we can change the course of events: let´s support others as we would love to be supported in case of needs.
Let’s meet on the 31st of August!
